While the reasons for first coming to a yoga mat vary widely, most students will soon discover a vast range of benefits from practicing yoga that they never anticipated. Yoga builds strength and stamina, improves flexibility and balance, boosts metabolism and energy, increases overall health and well-being, and calms and soothes the mind. It also improves breath control, relaxation, and perspective.
Pam has been helping others through the power of yoga since 2002. She has guided people on a journey to a healthier life, working with those who have everything from cancer, to obesity, injuries, depression, congenital talipes equinovarus, scoliosis, asthma and fibromyalgia.
In 2014, Pam received her Ayurveda Yoga Specialist certification. She is now offering private consultations and personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans.
Customized Private Yoga Sessions include a personalized asana practice (yoga poses), pranayama instruction (breath work), meditation recommendations, and lifestyle assessment and consultation.
